We requested an estimate for the replacement of an ancient water heater. The tech who came out was very professional and personable. He explained everything clearly and took the time to offer us several options. The pricing was competitive, and the quality of parts and service was excellent. The service rep was very personable and very polite but unfortunately he couldn’t fix my issue with my rain soft water treatment. He was very apologetic and forward with explaining that even if he could fix it he couldn’t get parts because you are not an authorized contractor for rain soft! We do very much appreciate the honesty. Thank you Irene Gamauf

Charles was professional, on time, and explained the damage and my options for getting the piping fixed vs. replaced. He explained the condition of the pipes and the cost of replacing. He also advised of the different options for paying for the cost. Very helpful and non-pressuring.
